Apresenta-se a seguir uma bibliografia sobre trabalhos em cristais de aminoácidos realizados no LAP-UFC.
Os aminoácidos são moléculas que do ponto de vista biológico desempenham diversas funções nos organismos vivos. Essas moléculas podem ser cristalizadas formando um interessante sistema físico para se investigar interações moleculares. Os pesquisadores do LAP-UFC têm estudado ao longo dos anos cristais de aminoácidos, sais de aminoácidos e, ultimamente, de peptídeos, que são moléculas formadas por mais de um aminoácido. Esses estudos envolvem além de aplicação de pressão, eventualmente, mudança de temperatura e caracterização em condições ambientes. A lista dos artigos publicado até o ano de 2021 é fornecida abaixo.
